Payout Schedule
Payment Hold Period
Seller payouts are held until 2 days after delivery to provide buyer protection. This ensures buyers have time to receive and inspect their items.

Listing Fees
FREE to List
Creating listings is completely free. You only pay the Stripe processing fee (3.6%) when you actually make a sale.
Shipping Costs
Buyers pay $14.95 CAD flat rate for shipping.
If actual shipping costs exceed $14.95 CAD, sellers are responsible for the difference (plus 3% to cover Stripe fees). For example:
- •Actual shipping cost: $12 CAD → Buyer covers it, no charge to seller
- •Actual shipping cost: $25 CAD → Buyer pays $14.95 CAD, seller pays $10.05 CAD + 3% fee = $10.35 CAD
Refund Fees
If a refund is issued:
- •Buyer receives full refund to original payment method
- •Stripe processing fees are not recoverable
Frequently Asked Questions
When are fees charged?
Stripe's 3.6% processing fee is automatically deducted from your payout when the hold period ends (2 days after delivery). You'll see the breakdown in your dashboard.
What happens after the beta period?
After beta, there will be a $5 CAD/month subscription fee. Early beta users will receive special perks and benefits as a thank you for being part of our launch.
Are there any hidden fees?
Absolutely not! The only fee is Stripe's 3.6% payment processing fee. No surprise charges, no monthly subscriptions during beta.
Can I see my fees before listing?
Yes! When creating a listing, the payout amount after Stripe's 3.6% fee is calculated and displayed automatically.
